Step 2: Prepare the Timber Shelf

- Position two 3-hole flanges on the underside of the timber at the marks where the vertical support pipes (80mm) will be attached. Ensure they are evenly spaced and aligned.
- Drill pilot holes for the screws, then use the 20mm screws to secure the flanges to the timber.
Step 3: Assemble the shelf support structure:
- Screw the 80mm pipes into the flanges you just attached to the timber. These will act as the vertical supports.
- At the bottom of each of these 80mm pipes, screw another 3-hole flange to each pipe.
Step 4: Attach the shelf to the wall:
- Position the timber shelf on the wall where you want it mounted. Use a pencil to mark where the two lower flanges will attach to the wall.
- Drill pilot holes in the wall where the flanges will be mounted, using wall anchors if needed.
- Use the 40mm screws to attach the flanges and secure the entire structure to the wall.
Step 5: Install the towel rail:

- Screw the 625mm pipe into the openings of the two 70mm pipes, forming the towel rail.
Step 6: Final Adjustments:
